Return & Refund Policy
At SMREW, we maintain strict quality checks to ensure authenticity and accuracy. Due to the nature of our products and services, the return policy is defined as follows:
Eligibility for Return
Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
- Incorrect product delivered
- Damaged product received during transit
Non-Returnable Items
- Gemstones once worn or used
- Products purchased after consultation and approval
- Customized or energized gemstones
- Astrology consultation services
Return Process
- Any return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Supporting images or proof must be provided
- The product must be unused and in original condition
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed only after verification of the returned product
- Approved refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side

Astrology consultations and gemstone recommendations are based on individual analysis. Results may vary, and therefore refunds are not applicable on the basis of expectations or outcomes.
